Our Process

Our Process
- Schedule a site visit with one of our talented design consultants.
- Decide on location, size, colors and additional options.
- Receive a detailed proposal. Make any changes and then simply sign the contract.
- Engineered drawings are required and will be completed by our Certified Engineer.
- HOA request and approval to ensure community guidelines are met.
- Apply for and receive approved county permit.
- Prepare footer. Remove sod. Cap sprinklers. Certified termite treatment.
- Pour concrete for footer and allow to cure.
- Install patio of your choosing.
- Schedule and receive material delivery. Stage materials.
- Construct walls from the ground up. Install roof of your choice. Install doors and trim.
- Post construction walk through. Complete final touches. Thorough clean up of site.
- Final Inspection with the county. Passed and Approved. Receive Certificate of Completion.
- Make final payment of cash, check or credit card.

Dylan responded right away and corrected the issue. Dylan even came back after we paid to assist a third party electrician with identifying beam location for ceiling fans. Best customer service!
